Bio

Rick currently serves as the Division of Adult Institutions' Program Administrator. In this position, he provides oversight to the employee relations unit, library services, religious and spiritual services, and offender records for the Department of Corrections and other special projects as assigned. He began his professional career in 1996 as a Correctional Officer I at the Fulton Reception and Diagnostic Center, promoted to Recreation Officer I in 1997, promoted to Recreation Officer II in 2001 with the Department of Social Services, promoted to Recreation Director in 2012 at the Boonville Correctional Center and then to a Deputy Warden in 2019 before promoting to his current position.
