Bio

Zac serves as the Lead Investigations Manager with the Department of Health and Senior Services Office of Special Investigations (OSI). He has been a member of the DHSS team for approximately 4.5 years. OSI is a criminal unit comprised of 33 investigators statewide responsible for investigating crimes perpetrated against Missouri's vulnerable elderly and/or disabled adults. OSI is a support unit for local, state, and federal law enforcement when dealing with special adult victims. Zac and OSI often work alongside law enforcement or, when called upon by law enforcement, will work investigations independently to seek justice for the victims. Zac assists the Unit Chief with oversight of the unit's day-to-day functions and managing an assigned region of the State. Zac has 16 years in law enforcement and investigations, with almost 13 years of which have been with the State of Missouri.
