Alicia is the Director of Academic Affairs in the Office of Postsecondary Policy. She helps postsecondary institutions gain approval to operate and maintain compliance with state regulations. She works closely with colleagues in Workforce Development and Performance & Strategy to help students gain access to quality postsecondary education options. While in Missouri Leadership Academy, Alicia served as a Senior Associate Research Analyst, focusing on the review and approval of new academic programs from public and independent institutions and maintaining the state’s Academic Program Inventory. Alicia joined the Missouri Department of Higher Education and Workforce Development in 2017.
