Mei Cheng

Mei is the Program Manager for the M.A.R.C.H. INC. Mediation services, funded by the Access and Visitation Federal Grant program. She is also an Evaluation Coordinator for the Charting the Course programs, funded by the United States Department of Health and Human Services. Mei serves as administrator of the Canvas Learning Management System currently used by a collaborative relationship between the Missouri IV-D Family Support Division and Missouri urban and rural school districts, with a core focus on the betterment of the youth we serve. In addition, she was a key member of the implementation team for the LabCorp genetic paternity testing contract. Prior to joining the State, Mei oversaw a $2.5M project from startup and planning to completion. Mei holds a self-designed bachelor's degree in Chemistry and Biology from Westminster College and co-authored a research paper for the Journal of Physical Chemistry. Mei also serves as a member of the board of directors for the Missouri Protection and Advocacy Organization.
